- Important Entry Guidelines - Please Read Carefully -
"Regarding Lateness"
1. As experiences are not individual sessions, please respect everyone's time and be seated "on time." We start promptly! Seating begins 5 minutes before the class.
2. To avoid disrupting the ongoing class, any lateness exceeding 15 minutes will result in forfeiture of entry, with no refunds or rescheduling permitted.
3. For those arriving more than 15 minutes late who still wish to attend, a +30% service fee (of the total original price) can be paid. Please contact us via internal message. Rescheduling is only possible for weekday afternoon sessions, excluding public holidays and peak periods.
4. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and insist on attending, the +30% service fee (of the total original price) will be collected on-site to ensure the next session is not impacted. Your class will be accelerated, and the duration compressed, finishing at the same time as the rest of the group.
5. In case of rain, heavy traffic on weekends, or if you are unfamiliar with the location, please leave early to allow ample time and avoid any unforeseen circumstances that could lead to being late and unable to attend.
"Regarding Rescheduling"
・Rescheduling on the day of the experience due to "any form of lateness" is not accepted.
・If you need to reschedule due to a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, please provide your "Quarantine Notice" or "Digital Health Certificate" to arrange a new session. Rescheduling to public holidays or peak periods is not permitted. Please proactively contact the designer via internal message.
・You are allowed one rescheduling opportunity. This must be completed "3 days before" the original experience date. Rescheduling is limited to weekday afternoon sessions only; weekend and holiday sessions are excluded. Please proactively contact the designer via internal message.
"Refund Conditions"
・Refunds are not provided on the day of the experience due to "lateness" or "other last-minute reasons."
・No refunds will be issued within 7 days prior to the event.
・Refunds requested more than 8 days in advance will receive a 70% refund. As designers must prepare materials in advance, a 30% handling fee (of the total original price) will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons to protect the designer's rights.
・Only ticket holders may participate in the experience. Those without tickets are not permitted to join.
・In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) leading to class cancellation, yoyohand will proactively contact you to reschedule the class.
"Other Notes"
・This activity is suitable for individuals aged 8 and above.
・If materials are incorrectly made or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, you will need to purchase new materials to continue.
"Other Session Time & Group Size Requirements"
・Early sessions (10:30 AM) and late sessions (7:00 PM) are available. Please click "Contact Designer" to inform us of your needs!
・If you wish to increase the number of participants for the times listed under "Event Specifications," please use the "Contact Designer" button to reach out to us!
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience session for promotional purposes. These may be uploaded to the yoyohand Facebook page or Instagram event page after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions in the future.
You are welcome to download your photos.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make arrangements.
