Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and blood vessels, which are not considered flaws. During processing, shipping, and crafting, minor indentations or scratches may occur. Unless the leather surface is damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these unless they are significant scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned.
