Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique patterns and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and crafting are also normal and will be considered within acceptable range unless the leather surface is damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned.
