Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, transportation, and production. Unless the leather surface is damaged, these will be considered normal. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with different usage habits, it will develop personal scratches and develop a patina, deepening in color and gaining a sheen. It will slowly transform into a unique piece that reflects your individual style. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, color variations can occur due to different production batches or storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This is a **custom-made order**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no details are provided, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. Since each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed).
