If you receive a defective item, please maintain its original condition and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. Please refer to the actual color of the item received. # Size: Measurements may have a margin of error of 0.5-1 cm due to different measurement methods, which is considered normal. # Solder Joints: While crafted with precision by artisans, handmade items may have slight solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Minor unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural. Each stone will have unique inclusions and textures. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended period before returning it. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
