By paying a small additional fee for the illustration, you can upgrade the 10ml scented mist to include an illustration. Q Do you create custom illustrations based on photos I provide? A Yes! We simplify the photos into cute, stylized illustrations to create the stickers. Q Are there any specific considerations for the illustrations? A Portrait illustrations capture the general feel and won't be exact replicas. However, we will base the drawing on the distinctive features in your photos (e.g., hairstyle, clothing, pose, props). We recommend choosing photos with strong outfits or interesting poses. Q Can I include our pet in the illustration? A Yes. The default illustration is for two people in color without a background, but you can add backgrounds, children, cats, or dogs for a small additional fee. Q Can the illustrations be revised? A Typically, after you provide a photo, we will first discuss the intended visual presentation with you via text, covering details like clothing, hairstyle, pose, and text. Once confirmed, the illustrator will begin drawing. Revisions during the draft stage are only possible if there are discrepancies with the described elements (e.g., misspelled text, incorrect clothing). Minor revision fees may apply for draft stage changes. Revisions are not possible after coloring. We will provide a printed copy of the final illustration as a keepsake.
