These are normal phenomena inherent to this safe manufacturing process and are not defects. - The LOGO is created by using laser high-temperature energy to produce natural color changes on the surface of the pure titanium. This is neither a coating nor a print; it is safe, durable, and aesthetic. Additional Notes: - Marks resulting from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal and cannot be completely avoided during production. - Water marks and residues after washing are characteristics of pure titanium and are considered normal. [Cleaning and Characteristics] 1. For the first cleaning, use a mild neutral detergent and wash several times. You may also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil to wipe the bowl a few times; this easily removes any residual gray titanium powder from the production process. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used in pressing and no acid pickling is applied, some residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. The process is safe, and you can wash it with peace of mind. 2. If there are burn marks or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the rough side of a sponge or a soft steel scouring pad. 3. If any colored titanium surface is brushed off or reveals its original color, do not worry; this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe, non-toxic, and contains no toxic heavy metals; it is completely safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners (such as stain removers or hydrogen peroxide) or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these will remove the color and luster of the titanium, which cannot be restored. [Characteristics Explanation] 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress. When using bento boxes, containers, or square pans for the first time, or after steaming/cooking, you may notice food stains, large purple-blue patches, or brown spots (which are not rust; pure titanium does not rust). These are natural characteristics of the metal or results of our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety, and they will fade or disappear over time with normal use. 2. Square-shaped tableware is more prone to stress, often resulting in more intense color changes and a higher likelihood of brown spots. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking trays may develop purple-blue color changes when exposed to direct heat over 250°C in ovens or on gas stoves. This color will not disappear but does not affect safety. 4. Large flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water stains, which is a metallic characteristic. If you prefer to avoid this, wipe dry immediately after washing to prevent water stains from affecting the visual appearance. [Appliance Compatibility] Single-layer titanium tableware is suitable for heating; double-layer is NOT suitable for heating. Dish Dryer: Suitable. If residues like olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will not reappear once cleaned thoroughly. Dishwasher: Suitable. Some detergents containing sodium percarbonate may leave water stains, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove: Suitable for direct flame, but do not heat when empty; use medium to low heat. Electric Steamer, Air Fryer, Ceramic Heater, Electric Ceramic Stove: Suitable. Oven: Suitable.
