Slight variations in glaze texture, such as crazing, fine cracks, glaze crawling, or minor pinholes, are natural occurrences during the firing process. 4. Product photos are taken in natural light, with efforts made to adjust them to minimize discrepancies between the images and the actual glaze color. However, variations may still occur due to screen differences across devices. The actual product color prevails. 5. Each piece is handcrafted, with minor variations in dimensions. Clay and glaze colors may differ due to variations in kiln atmosphere and temperature, adding to the charm and uniqueness of handmade ceramics. Those who prefer perfection are advised to review product details carefully before purchasing. | Pre-use Care and Maintenance | 1. We do not recommend using ceramic ware in electric steamers, microwaves, ovens, or over direct heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking or damage, unless the item is specifically made from fire-resistant clay (sandpot clay). 2. If the ceramic ware is intended for food use, please wash and clean the surface thoroughly before the first use. For cleaning, use a sponge or soft scouring pad with a neutral dish soap. Avoid abrasive materials like steel wool, which can scratch the surface. Afterward, wipe dry with a cloth and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent mold. 3. The glaze surface may gradually develop fine cracks with repeated exposure to heat and cooling, which is a normal phenomenon. Each use will be absorbed by the pottery, gradually imbuing it with the warmth of the user's life through its color and texture. 4. Matte glazes are more prone to tea stains and dark food marks than glossy glazes. Crazed areas may also accumulate tea or coffee stains, serving as a record of your daily life. These can be cleaned using baking soda, citric acid, or magic sponges. To minimize residue, you can soak the item in water or wash it immediately after use. 5.
