・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and incomplete orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
。To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special circumstances where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a change of session or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handmade classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
