If you use them throughout your cycle, we suggest having 15-20 pads for rotation. Used cloth pads can be stored in our thoughtfully designed double-layered storage bags. Wash them at home along with your intimate apparel. Please avoid storing them in humid environments to prevent mildew. 【Washing Instructions】 Step 1: Rinse under cold running water to disperse menstrual blood from the fabric. Squeeze gently instead of twisting to avoid damaging the waterproof coating. Step 2: After rinsing and squeezing out menstrual blood in cold water, sprinkle sodium percarbonate (Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate) oxygen bleach powder on any remaining stains. Pre-wetting and then soaking bamboo cotton in warm water can help remove bloodstains. For colored cotton, sprinkle and rub directly to remove stains. If stains are deeper towards the end of your period, you can use a short wet compress. Prolonged contact of colored cotton with sodium percarbonate may cause localized bleaching. Step 3: You can soak them with a special hand wash detergent for intimate apparel to remove the metallic scent of menstrual blood from the fabric. Step 4: After rinsing thoroughly, air dry them under indirect sunlight on a covered balcony, which also helps with sterilization. 【Precautions】 1. Do not use fabric softener or soaps containing oils, as this can affect the fabric's breathability. 2. You can rub sodium percarbonate oxygen bleach powder with your hands; avoid using a laundry brush to prevent snagging the fabric. 3. Your hands may feel dry after contact with sodium percarbonate. You can wear gloves while washing or apply hand cream afterward for moisturization. 4. Sodium percarbonate is an oxygen-based bleach.
