Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery fees and floor fees, which should be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A service fee of $200 applies for designated holiday deliveries, and a service fee of $700 applies for designated date deliveries. These should be paid directly to the delivery personnel on-site. § In the event of inability to deliver due to force majeure factors such as adverse weather, special terrain, or remote area restrictions, the company reserves the right to decide whether to ship. We appreciate your understanding. § Delivery is by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not make last-minute changes. A fee of $1000 will be charged for unapproved changes to the installation date. If personnel have already departed, a $3000 fee will be charged for a wasted trip to change the installation time.
