Hand-ground and Adjusted Calligraphic Nib: 1. For the calligraphic nib, it is recommended to first use an ink dip to write. (Please do not remove the converter installed in the pen barrel to prevent ink backflow into the pen body after dipping.) After a period of adaptation to the nib's characteristics, then use the converter for inking and writing. 2. The calligraphic nib is derived from an EF nib, ground and adjusted to have a curved, rounded tip. Line variation is achieved not solely by pressing down, but by adjusting the pen's angle. When the pen is held more upright, the contact area between the nib and paper is smaller, resulting in finer lines. As the pen angle becomes more inclined or with slight pressure, the contact area increases, producing thicker lines. The ability to write thick or thin lines depends on your proficiency. (Each nib has a certain degree of pressure tolerance; avoid excessive force to prevent nib damage or misalignment.
