If you receive a defective item, please keep it intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. Please refer to the actual product color. # Size: Measurements may vary slightly; a margin of 0.5-1cm is considered normal. # Solder Points: While crafted with precision, handmade items may have minor solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these joints is normal. # Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones. Each gemstone has unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather inclusions, and cloudiness are normal. # Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each with its unique luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two pearls will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (except custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting the day after receipt. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days. The 7-day period is for inspection, not for extended wear. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # Item not returned in its original packaging and shipping box. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, including paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, boxes, paper bags, shipping boxes, and earring backs. # Signs of significant wear or soiling from prolonged use beyond normal trial fitting. # Items that have been altered, such as custom engraving or size/chain length modifications. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Damage caused by human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom orders made to the consumer's specifications are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order total remains above the free shipping threshold, no shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you wish to return additional items within the 7-day period, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
