Dried flowers and grass are not included in the shipment. **About Packaging** We reuse packaging and cushioning materials. Your order will be packed neatly and cleanly, though perhaps not as luxuriously as you might expect. **About Production Time** After you place your order, we will wait one day (to confirm no changes or cancellations) before beginning the shipping process. Thank you for your patience. **About Shipping** We offer shipping via 7-11, FamilyMart, and Post Office (displayed as standard home delivery at checkout). We are located in Zhongli, Taoyuan. Delivery typically takes two to four days depending on the distance. Deliveries to Greater Taoyuan, outlying islands, or remote areas may take longer. **Disclaimer** All products are photographed in natural light, but there may be some color variation when viewed on different devices. Please try to temporarily disable your blue light filter when viewing, as it will cause the photo colors to appear yellowish. No photography props are included in the shipment. **About Returns** We do not accept returns for reasons other than inherent product defects, or for used paper. This includes, but is not limited to: the color not being as imagined, a friend not liking it, or feeling the paper is unsuitable. Defects must be greater than 0.1mm. Imperfections smaller than 0.1mm, dust within the pulp that cannot be removed, unavoidable thread ends, and rough edges are not considered defects. Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
