・Location: 5th Floor, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Crafting Classroom)
・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for about 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Plant" across the street. The entrance to the crafting classroom is next to "睦MARS創客太空站." Enter the building, walk straight to the end, and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds are processed according to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Supplementary Education Institutions, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
- On the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to the instructor's preparation of materials and venue arrangements. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
- To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered companions are not allowed to join or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the potential use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
