Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of ashes? The safest approach is to first ask your pet's funeral service provider if they can offer a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the dimensions of the skeletal remains, then choose your urn size. You can then transfer the remains once you receive it. ( **Special reminder: For pets weighing over 20kg, if they have a slender build, the amount of ashes might be more than expected. In about 10% of cases, slender pets result in "light weight, heavy ashes."
