Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique natural markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, or production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for large scars. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, contributing to the unique charm of each leather piece. **/ Color /** Screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may also vary between subsequent orders; please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "custom item." Please note your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "monogram text and font," at the time of ordering. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer's choice of "stitching color" and "blank" for "monogramming." As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have a 7-day appreciation period.
