Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique natural markings and imperfections from the animal's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches are unavoidable. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for major scars. Please consider this if you are particular. While the finished product may not have the perfect uniformity of machine-made items, it possesses a distinct warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop its own unique patina, scratches, and sheen, slowly revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Screen displays may have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, batch-to-batch variations in leather color can occur due to different stocking and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from subsequent orders may not be identical to previous ones. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," at the time of order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
