Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver is procured from reputable partners. Plating services utilize both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material sensitivity, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most items in the studio are made to order. On the Pinkoi desktop version, you can view the estimated shipping time. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period. If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or if they can accommodate an earlier production schedule. Items processed through our factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: Wax carved items, 3D printed items, plated items, and engraving or other customization services. Items priced above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes can be purchased separately for items under NT$2,000). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased together will be packaged minimally (items with boxes will still include them). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer. For jewelry featuring gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, gently wipe with a soft cloth or polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4.
