Custom Name Stamp / Accounting Stamp - Self-Inking with Ink

Please note!!! Once the design phase for the stamp begins, we cannot cancel orders for any reason. If there is no reply within three days of receiving the draft, we will proceed with production. Once in production or shipped, no modifications can be made. After the draft is confirmed by the buyer, no further changes can be made. Your stamp will be promptly processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please only place an order if you agree to the above terms. Placing an order signifies your agreement. The stamp is a 0.5cm x 1.3cm accounting stamp. This is a self-inking stamp and can be reused. Each stamp comes with a 5ml bottle of ink. The casing color will be shipped randomly. To refill the ink, you will need to purchase specialized ink for photosensitive stamps. Refill instructions: 1. Apply the ink drop by drop onto the stamp surface. Absorbing a small amount at a time yields better results. Excessive ink may leak into crevices and damage the stamp. 2. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for absorption, ensuring the ink is fully absorbed. Do not tilt the stamp while it is absorbing ink. 3. Blot any excess ink onto a tissue (if too much ink remains on the surface) or white paper. 4. Ensure that no excess ink remains around the design. By default, orders will be filled with blue ink unless otherwise specified. Our available ink colors are black, blue, red, and purple. If you do not want blue ink, please remember to note your preferred color. The casing color will be shipped randomly. Actual ink colors may vary slightly in shade due to factors like photography and batch differences from the supplier. Please proceed with your order only if you accept this possibility. We will not provide individual notifications for minor variations in ink shade. However, if the wrong color is sent (e.g., you ordered red and received blue), please contact us proactively.
