Q1: Do I need to make a reservation? A1: Yes, reservations are required. Our studio space is limited, so we reserve spots for students who have booked and paid in advance. Q2: Can my companion who isn't participating in the workshop come into the studio? A2: Due to limited studio space, each person attending requires a reservation to create a product. Companions are welcome to wait in the studio or explore the nearby area. Q3: Are the Crystal Tree Photo Frames pre-arranged, or can I choose my own combination? A3: We offer a selection of crystals and minerals for you to choose from. You can design and arrange them yourself to create your unique piece! Q4: What if I need to reschedule after booking? A4: As materials and studio space are prepared for the scheduled class, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling on the day of the workshop. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture. However, if there are available slots in other sessions on the same day, we can accommodate a time change. Q5: What if I'm running late? A5: If you are late without prior notification the day before, and for the sake of other participants' rights, a delay of 20 minutes will be considered a forfeiture of your reservation, and no refund will be issued. A minimum of one person is required to start a class, and all sessions are by reservation only. Thank you for your cooperation. 【 Workshop Guidelines 】 ● Due to space limitations and to maintain the quality of the workshop, please inquire via message about available space if you wish to bring a companion. ● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. ● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished product has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased. ● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the design. Your creation can be taken home the same day. ● A mobile phone tripod is available for recording videos and taking photos. ● As the crystal selection area is limited, all participants in a session will select crystals together. If you are concerned about feeling crowded during the selection process, please consider this carefully before booking. ● As each time slot is booked, studio staff will call to notify you 1 hour in advance. To protect the rights of all participants, failure to attend due to misremembering the time will be considered a forfeiture. ★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on equipment safety. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety. If safety rules are not followed despite reminders, you will be responsible for the consequences. ★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop day, classes will be canceled based on government announcements for safety, and a new date will be arranged. ★ If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
