Iced Brew: 91°C water, 180cc, stir gently for 7-9 minutes, add 70cc ice. Cold Brew: Room temperature water, 230cc, stir gently for 40 minutes, then chill. Hot Café Au Lait: 91°C water, 150cc, stir gently for 7-9 minutes, add 80cc milk. Iced Café Au Lait: 91°C water, 100cc, stir gently for 7-9 minutes, add 50cc ice and 80cc milk.
