Even within the same color, there can be inconsistencies. The density of this pattern can vary across a single hide, with some areas having more pronounced wrinkles than others. These differences are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Italian Leather Mark, Leather Size Indicator Numbers The numbers on the reverse side are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. Each hide is stamped with a single set of numbers. These characters add to the aesthetic and are printed on quality sections, so they are left as is. Therefore, they may occasionally appear on the product. Personally, I appreciate items with these numbers. ◾️ Water Stains Leather can absorb water, leading to stains. Wiping promptly if the item becomes wet can help prevent stains. Small leather goods, due to frequent handling, will naturally develop a lustrous color without the need for application. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges We regret that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a defect in the product. In the event of damage or defects caused by shipping accidents, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at our expense. ◾️ Delivery Time As all items are made to order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for small items and 3-4 weeks for bags.
