● 4-7 days before the class date, if you cannot come to the class for some reason, you can reserve the seat until the next class. In case of cancellation, 30% of the course fee will be deducted as material fee since the course materials are ready.
● You can ask for leave 0-3 days before the class date and change the experience date, but no refund will be given; no leave will not be refunded, and the money can be replaced with a material package.
● In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you 3 days before and assist in changing the class time or refunding the full amount.
