We use only the highest quality preserved and dried flowers imported from Japan. Note: - preserved arrangements often include the use of sola flowers which are flowers made from dried and hand tied bark. Due to the nature of natural materials, they may have different shape and sizes and have some natural flaws. If you cannot accept this, please do not place order. - measurements are taken by hand please allow within 3cm margin of error. - gift packaging sold separately 【Shipping 】 7-11 / Lalamove / black cat (limited to Taiwan only) International shipping shipped via local post or EMS parcel. -items shipped via Lalamove are wrapped with protective paper then put into a bag. We do not use an outer box for this shipping method. - all other shipping methods are shipped in shipping boxes - we do our best to protect our products during shipment. However due to the nature of dried and preserved flowers, parts of petals or leaves may fall loose, this is viewed as normal and is not referred to as damaged item. - no two petals or leaves will look identical, therefore your arrangement will not look EXACTLY like the photo. -all items are handmade after receiving your order, therefore if you need many pieces, please contact us before you place order. If for any unforeseen reason there is a shortage on materials used in the arrangement, we will replace it with one that is aesthetically similar. If you have any questions, please contact us. 【Maintaining 】 - Keep in dry area avoiding direct sunlight. - Arrangents are most beautiful for 0.5-1 year, however if it is well maintained it can last for years to come. - If dust collects on the arrangement, it can be dusted with a dry soft bristle brush. - Flowers will fade in color with time.
