Wood Veneer Sample Mailing If you have specific color requirements, you can send us a photo for our assessment. Once deemed feasible, please mail a wood veneer sample to us (size limited to 20cm x 20cm or smaller). Upon receiving your sample, we will select solid wood pieces with the closest color match and send you photos for confirmation. (Shipping costs for this service are to be borne by the customer.) 2. Production Confirmation Procedure Only after your confirmation will we proceed with production. The wood sample and your ordered product will be shipped back together. 3. Return and Exchange Policy Regarding Color Differences If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations arising from the natural characteristics of the material will no longer be grounds for returns or exchanges.
