About: Animal Series 2009 Back in 2009, after working for a while and saving some money, I decided to rent a small retail space to sell my handmade accessories. I told my sister I wanted to create an animal-themed collection, and even had cute ideas for the display, like a little patch of grass. Full of idealism, I thought that once the idea was there, the action would naturally follow. I did start at the time... but somewhere along the way, I got stuck, and it never came to fruition. Ever since then, whenever I have a new idea or want to "start something up," my sister would jokingly say, "Little sister is starting her animal series again..." as if implying I was just talking about it again. Now, fast forward nearly 17 years. My craftsmanship has quietly improved each year, and my ideas and actions have slowly caught up. With more experience and growing confidence, I've decided to bring out the unfinished puzzle from back then. The "Animal Series 2009" 🤍🩶🖤 represents my growth and perseverance, my progress in aesthetics and craftsmanship, and most importantly: the courage to face "unfinished business" once more.
