Utilizes the student's own sewing machine. Course time is calculated from the scheduled appointment start time.
This lesson requires hands-on operation of the machine. **Enrollment is open to individuals aged 15 and above only.**

In-Person Class Attendance and Registration Policy (Effective 01/01/2026)
I. Registration and Class Scheduling Principles
In-person classes are open for registration based solely on the **time slots released each month**, with a final registration deadline set (2 days prior to the class).
Upon successful registration and confirmation, your course slot will be reserved, and related teaching and work schedules will be arranged. **Rescheduling, make-up classes, or transferring of slots are not permitted, nor can they be converted to other class formats.**
Students must **confirm their availability to attend the entire class duration before registering**; if the schedule is inconvenient, please choose a different class session released at a later date.
II. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a student needs to cancel their registration due to **personal reasons, please submit a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to the class (inclusive). A 20% administrative fee will be charged**, and the remaining balance will be refunded. The administrative fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or how early it is made.
**Cancellations made within 7 days before the class (excluding the 7th day), or no-shows on the day of the class, will be considered forfeiture of the course slot, and no refund will be issued.**
III. Scope of Applicable Cancellation Reasons
"Personal reasons" include, but are not limited to: **schedule conflicts, last-minute work arrangements, feeling unwell, forgetting to use discounts/points/credits, not paying attention to class time and content, operational oversight, change of mind, etc.** All these scenarios are subject to the aforementioned cancellation and refund policy.
IV. Class Conduct and On-site Regulations
To ensure the quality of the class, **auditing is not permitted**. If family or friends wish to accompany you, please wait in a nearby cafe or convenience store until the class concludes.
As each student's understanding and progress differ, please arrive on time to avoid impacting the class schedule and teaching pace. If you anticipate being late due to special circumstances, please contact the instructor in advance.
**Tardiness exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a no-show for the day. The class will be considered completed, and no make-up class or refund will be offered.**
**Video recording is prohibited** during the class.
V. Language and Fee Information
If English instruction is required, please indicate this in the remarks section when registering.
Tool and material fees are to be paid on the day of the class. Atelier Llewellyn is a studio that does not issue unified invoices; a receipt will be provided to students.
VI. Force Majeure
In the event of typhoons or other force majeure circumstances, regulations will be based on government announcements regarding class suspensions. Atelier Llewellyn will proactively contact students to coordinate subsequent class arrangements.
VII. Other Information
Atelier Llewellyn reserves the right to adjust class content and teaching arrangements.
Completing the registration signifies that the student has read, understood, and agreed to the above class regulations.
