In this calendar, the snake embarks on an adventure throughout the year, discovering new landscapes and encounters, while growing along the way. I hope you enjoy each month by imagining a story unfolding like a picture book. I carefully selected the paper quality and used vibrant, cheerful colors to create a retro, slightly nostalgic look and texture. This is a wall calendar starting on Monday, and the names of Japanese public holidays are printed. Additionally, once a month ends, you can cut out the illustration on the left side and use it as a postcard-sized art print. You can even frame and display your favorite illustrations. I used the Japanese risograph printing method, which I love very much. Unlike a digital print, it gives you a warm and retro feeling with layers of ink overlapping each other.
The paper is medium-thick, thinner than thick paper but thicker than regular paper, with a textured feel. The calendar is printed in Japan and assembled by myself. *The pattern position might slightly differ for each one since each piece is hand-printed at the factory.
