This product is handmade and may have slight variations from the product photos. Please avoid wearing it while bathing, swimming, or visiting hot springs, as this may cause discoloration that cannot be restored. Natural crystals may have minor inclusions, chips, or cloudy spots (most have been carefully selected to minimize these). Please remember to provide your size in the notes. Replacing the cord costs 100 NTD per strand (you can mail it to me, or I can send you a video tutorial for you to replace it yourself). I've been using mine for over 2 years without any issues with the cord! 🥰 However, it depends on individual usage habits. If it does break, it won't scatter because I use multiple strands for tying. I've used the same products and experienced minimal color fading, but it depends on personal habits. If discoloration occurs, you can send it back for accessory and cord replacement for under 200 NTD. If it comes into contact with water, remember to dry it ✨. In summer, if you sweat, you can also gently wipe it before storing it in a ziplock bag. When not wearing it, store it in a ziplock bag to help extend the color retention of your accessories.
