・If you feel unwell within fourteen days before the event, or have a travel or contact history related to COVID-19 outbreak areas, please seek medical attention promptly.
・In accordance with the handcraft studio where the event is held, please cooperate with alcohol disinfection and temperature measurement upon entry. Individuals with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted entry and are advised to rest at home. We will assist with rescheduling.
・All attendees must complete real-name registration and wear masks at all times before entering.

・Orders not paid for will be considered as unsuccessful registrations. Slots will be closed immediately once full, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
- For cancellations made 1 day (inclusive) before the class date, rescheduling or a refund with a 20% handling fee is possible. Rescheduling is limited to one time.
- If you cannot make the rescheduled date within 2 months, you may opt for a refund.
- For same-day cancellations, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have been completed. No-shows will be considered as forfeiture.
- In the event of a class suspension mandated by the epidemic command center, we will prioritize assisting with rescheduling or provide a full refund.
- To protect the rights of other students, participants who arrive more than 20 minutes late on the day of the class will be considered as forfeiture.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・A pre-class notification will be sent two days prior. Please ensure your email contact information is correct to avoid missing it. If you do not receive the course notification, it may be due to system filtering; you can attend directly as we will not provide additional phone notifications.
・This event is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to enter or participate unless it is a parent-child participation.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used in event records or other recruitment promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
