Gold lines inspired by Kintsugi have been delicately applied to natural Sardonyx stones.
The left stone presents a translucent, almost white hue with subtle orange undertones, while the right stone boasts a vivid, rich orange.
This piece features a simple, user-friendly design with a charming, rounded silhouette. The Kintsugi-inspired lines lend it a distinctive presence.
Sardonyx is characterized by its beautiful banding of orange and red tones.
The name "Sardonyx" is derived from "sard," referring to a reddish-brown hue, and "onyx," a type of agate.
This stone is mentioned in numerous historical texts and is known for symbolizing marital bliss and good fortune in marriage.
In Japan, it is said that the enshrined deity at the famous Izumo Taisha Shrine is a giant Sardonyx.
These earrings are exceptionally lightweight, weighing approximately 1g each (excluding findings), making them so comfortable you might forget you're wearing them.
The stress-free wearability is another delightful feature.
As each piece is unique, it makes an ideal gift for yourself, for those seeking distinctive items, or as a thoughtful present for a loved one.
Its understated color palette ensures it can be worn regardless of age or current trends.
- Suitable for a touch of understated elegance in the office or at work.
- Perfect for everyday wear with a T-shirt, or paired with dresses, blouses, shirts, or jackets for a refined look in spring and summer.
- The versatile colors complement knitwear, sweaters, turtlenecks, and cardigans in autumn and winter.
- Its inherent elegance makes it suitable for special ceremonies and formal occasions such as weddings, after-parties, pre-wedding photoshoots, formal events, recitals, celebratory gatherings, traditional ceremonies like Okuizome (first meal for a baby) and Shichi-Go-San (children's festival), as well as entrance and graduation ceremonies.
- Also makes a wonderful present or gift for birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, job promotions, coming-of-age celebrations, and baby showers.
*Kintsugi (or Kintsukuroi) is a traditional Japanese repair technique for broken or chipped pottery, using lacquer and gold powder. This piece utilizes a simplified Kintsugi method, employing a modern, less allergenic lacquer and brass powder, along with UV resin for added reinforcement, unlike traditional lacquer derived from the sap of the lacquer tree.

For pierced earrings:
1. Stainless Steel earrings

2. Titanium earrings
→ Lightweight and durable, resistant to water and sweat. Less likely to cause metal allergies.
For those without pierced ears:
3. Non-pierced earrings (ear cuffs)
→ Made of resin, so they are less durable than screw-back types. They clip onto the earlobe. Comfortable for long wear without causing ear pain.
4. Nickel-free screw-back earrings

About the artwork:
*The findings and the base of the Kintsugi repair are reinforced with UV resin. Please understand that there may be slight resin overflow.
*For some pieces (such as those with translucent materials like sea glass or natural stones), the findings may be changed to silver. Rest assured, the material itself will not change.
*Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique that revives broken or cracked ceramics by repairing them with lacquer and gold powder, making them even more beautiful.
*We use a modern, less allergenic lacquer and brass powder, not traditional lacquer.
*Natural stones are products of nature, and may contain impurities, minor scratches, or small chips. Please understand that these are natural characteristics.
*Variations in glaze are inherent to handmade items. This is especially common on the sides of Mino ware tiles.
*Individual sensitivities to metal, resin, and lacquer vary. If you experience any discomfort, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
*The actual color may differ slightly from the product images due to variations in monitor settings, brightness, and screen environment.
Handling instructions:
*Please handle with care, as excessive force may cause damage.
*Avoid rubbing the Kintsugi areas vigorously or soaking them in water for extended periods, as this may cause them to detach. To clean, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
*Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
