**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment. As artworks require a specific duration to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of your session and the experience of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to your activity for arrangements. Rescheduling is permitted once, with a maximum extension of three months. Requests for rescheduling or cancellation within 7 days of the activity will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
◆ Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to the brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the course. These may be used for event documentation, promotional materials, or other recruitment channels. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the activity begins.
◆ In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, the designer will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
**【A Gentle Reminder】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to join this activity.
(2) As fire will be used during the experience, for safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and opt for well-covered shoes. If you have long hair, we recommend tying it back. Those with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited studio space and for safety considerations, unregistered companions are not permitted to observe the course.
(4) Multiple participants cannot collaborate on a single piece of work.
(5) As designers must prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, to protect the rights of all parties, cancellations made for personal reasons more than 7 days before the activity (excluding the day of the experience) will incur a 50% service fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the activity. However, the booking may be transferred to a friend or family member, or converted into a custom order.
**【Workshop COVID-19 Safety Measures】**
◆ All designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the session. Entry will be denied without a mask.
◆ Body temperature will be checked before entering the venue. Entry is permitted only if your temperature is below 37.5°C and you have completed alcohol disinfection.
◆ Air conditioning ventilation will be enhanced, and doors will be opened to ensure adequate air circulation within the studio.
◆ Alcohol disinfection will be applied to frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and tables before and after activities.
◆ The entire environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each experience.
