**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive punctually at your scheduled time. As artworks require a certain amount of time to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of the session and the rights of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to the event. Rescheduling is permitted once within a three-month period. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event will not be accommodated, nor will refunds be issued.
◆ Photos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to our brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the workshop for event documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the activity begins.
◆ In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, the designer will contact you directly to arrange a postponement or refund.
**【Gentle Reminders】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
(2) Fire will be used during the experience. For safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and opt for closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, please tie it up. Those with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited space and for safety considerations, unregistered guests are not permitted to observe the class.
(4) Multiple participants cannot collaborate on a single piece of work.
(5) As designers prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, and to protect mutual interests, cancellations made by the consumer for personal reasons more than 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the experience) will incur a 50% service fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. Alternatives include transferring the spot to a friend or family member, or converting the booking to a custom order.
**【Workshop Epidemic Prevention Measures】**
◆ All designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the session. Entry will be denied without a mask.
◆ Body temperature will be measured upon entry. Entry is permitted only if the temperature does not exceed 37.5°C and hands are sanitized with alcohol.
◆ Air circulation will be enhanced by opening doors to ensure proper ventilation.
◆ Door handles, tabletops, and other frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected with alcohol before and after the activity.
◆ The entire studio environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each session.
