Due to the surface tension of the liquid, the 1mm hole prevents the liquid from flowing out, but allows the scent to slowly diffuse through evaporation. As your body temperature rises and with natural body movements, the aroma will gently waft into the air. Infuse only a small amount of essential oil (approx. 0.2ml). Please ensure it does not fill up to the hole.
