**Returns & Exchanges**
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
2. Items returned beyond the specified return period (within 7 days of customer receipt).

**Returns**
If the item is damaged prior to use, or if we have shipped an incorrect item, we will arrange the following:
