The very delicate mini piano jewellery box is produced by the famous French ceramic town Limoges. Burgundy grand piano shape with floral gold-rimmed decoration and hand-painted rose motifs. The three piano feet are also dyed gold, and the workmanship is exquisite.
At the bottom, in addition to the imprint of Limoges France, it is also marked Rehaussé Main, which means that the decoration on the ceramics combines the process of transfer and hand painting.
