These are not rust and do not affect safety or usage. - This product is made using safe manufacturing methods; food-grade oil is used as a lubricant for stamping, and no pickling process is applied. Since no electroplating or coating is used, minor scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may appear on the surface; these are normal phenomena inherent to this safe manufacturing method and are not defects. - The logo is created using high-temperature laser energy to naturally change the surface color of the titanium. This is not a coating or a print; it is safe, durable, and aesthetic. Additional Notes: - Marks resulting from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal and unavoidable during production. - Water marks or stains after washing are characteristic of titanium and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first cleaning, wash several times with a neutral detergent. You may also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil to wipe the surface several times to easily remove residual gray titanium powder from production. Then wash with neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used in stamping and no pickling is performed, some gray titanium powder residue is inevitable; this is a non-toxic pure titanium process and is safe to scrub. 2. If burnt or stained, use the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel brush to scrub gently. 3. If the colored surface is scrubbed off or the original color is exposed, it is not a coating; the pure titanium remains safe, non-toxic, and free of heavy metals, so it is safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid series agents like stain remover powder, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate, as these will strip the color and luster of the titanium, which cannot be restored. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. Items like lunch boxes, containers, or square pots may show food stains, large blue-violet patches after cooking, or brown patches after washing (even without heating) due to metallic properties or our pre-firing process. This does not affect safety; marks will fade or disappear with normal use. 2. Square-shaped tableware is more prone to stress release, leading to more intense color changes and brown patches. 3. Use in ovens above 250°C or over an open gas flame may cause blue-violet color changes; this will not disappear but does not affect safety. 4. Large flat surfaces may warp slightly when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium is prone to water spots, which is a metallic characteristic. If this is a concern, dry immediately after washing to prevent water spots. 【Appliances】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer items are not suitable for heating.** Dish Dryer: Suitable. If oily residues like olive oil are not washed off, blue-violet powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil residue and will not appear once thoroughly cleaned. Dishwasher: Suitable. Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water spots, but safety is not affected. Gas Stove: Direct flame is okay, but avoid dry burning; use low to medium heat. Electric Rice Cooker, Air Fryer, Ceramic Hob, Electric Stove: Suitable. Oven: Suitable.
