2. Provide a clear, front-facing photo of your pet. We will send it for your confirmation once drawn. Minor adjustments are allowed once. Upon approval, it will be printed on canvas. Please stay in close contact due to printing timelines.
3. Upon course completion, like our Instagram page to receive a complimentary illustrated mobile wallpaper.
4. **The copyright of the artwork belongs to the creator. Please do not modify or use it for other purposes.** Please inquire separately for commercial use.
5. As this is a custom service, **returns and exchanges are not possible after the drawing process has begun upon order and payment confirmation. If you need to change the reference photo, additional fees and redrawing will apply.**

*For this course, **whether or not a custom pet portrait is included**, we will begin the drawing and printing process after your payment. **Therefore, if you are unable to attend, no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.** We will complete the creation for you and ship it with free delivery, so you will still receive a unique, hand-woven piece with your chosen color palette.
*Limited spots are available. To protect the rights of registered participants, priority will be given to those whose payment has been confirmed.
*If the number of participants for a session is **less than 6 by three days before the event start date, the studio reserves the right to cancel the session** and notify participants to reschedule or receive a refund.
*In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events leading to class cancellation, the studio will proactively contact participants for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the closure and refund standards announced by the event's location will apply, regardless of the participant's location.
***Respect Originality. Please do not use course creations for commercial purposes!**
*You may take photos during the teaching process, but **video recording is prohibited.**
*In case of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value and adjust colors.**
*To be environmentally friendly, no gift bags will be provided on-site. Please bring your own tote bag.
*Only ticket holders may participate. Please do not bring guests.
*To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. Entry will not be permitted for those more than 30 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued.
*Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
*If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the studio, no refund will be issued.
*The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance, and we will make special arrangements.
