** 【Eternal • Fragrant Tea】Clear Melody Primeval Forest Oolong ** Located in the primeval forest oolong tea region of Datong Mountain, Nantou, Taiwan, part of the Hehuanshan range. This non-conventional, natural forest tea area is perpetually enveloped in clouds and mist, coexisting with pines and firs. This symbiotic relationship provides shade and moisture to the tea trees, resulting in a tea with a distinct floral and woody aroma and taste profile. The deep green, semi-oxidized dry leaves, when placed in a warmed teapot, release a fresh, oceanic aroma with the rising steam. Infused with boiling water, the fragrance becomes even richer and more refreshing, reminiscent of the emerald moss on salty rocks by a mountain stream, washed clean by the water. The initial infusion is thick and viscous, smooth like velvet, with a wave of sweetness and freshness that washes over the throat, leaving a lingering, delightful sensation and stimulating saliva production. The second infusion unveils a pinkish floral aroma, with a fresh, spring-grass note that rises from the palate to the nose. Unlike the white floral sweetness, it envelops the senses with the scent of a hundred flowers. The lingering charm in the throat mimics flowers intertwined with spring grass, soft and distant. The bottom of the cup retains a faint, sweet floral scent, reminiscent of Michelia and Plumeria. After the third infusion, the tea liquor briefly flashes with the freshness of verbena and the sweet herbaceous notes of sage, followed by the woody undertones of pine and fir. The dry leaves, barely visible, hint at a delicate, silky milky flavor, evoking a scene of a vast grassland seen through a primeval forest after rain, dotted with towering trees – wild yet tranquil. The Datong Mountain Primeval Forest Oolong tea region is situated within the Nanfeng Village, Ren'ai Township, Nantou County, Taiwan, belonging to the Hehuanshan mountain range. This area is frequently shrouded in clouds and mist, characterized by a primeval giant tree ecosystem. The tea garden paths on Datong Mountain are very steep, winding their way upwards. As the altitude increases, the scenic views become exceptionally magnificent. Walking along the primeval forest mountain trails, passing through tea gardens covered in dense trees, one feels immersed in a forest bath amidst giant trees. Among these are fir and pine trees, which grow within and around our tea gardens, breathing and growing alongside the tea, playing a protective role in the tea garden's ecosystem. They provide shade and moisture for the tea trees' growth, and more importantly, the tea produced in this forest tea garden possesses an aroma and taste that differs from ordinary oolong teas. Brewing Method: Hot Infusion 1. Place 4 grams of tea into the teapot (cup); adjust the amount according to personal preference for strength. 2. Pour hot water at approximately 80°C into a 120cc teapot (cup). 3. Let it steep for about 30 seconds, then pour out the tea liquor to enjoy. 4. It can be re-steeped multiple times. Net Weight: 120g
