The Kemp's Ridley sea turtle, however, does not pass through Taiwan. They inhabit the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. . Like other sea turtles, Kemp's Ridleys come ashore to lay eggs. The hatchlings then make their way back to the sea. A unique feature of their primary habitat is the Sargasso Sea. . The Sargasso Sea is unconstrained by land, with ocean currents forming its boundaries. It is surrounded by currents, and within lies abundant sargassum seaweed. This offers an exceptional sanctuary and a rich food source for its inhabitants. Young Kemp's Ridleys swim and grow with the ocean currents. . The Sargasso Sea is located in the doldrums, a region with warmer waters. It is often referred to in literature as a mysterious area. Part of it even overlaps with the famous Bermuda Triangle. I find this marine environment incredibly cool and captivating! This is why I've placed the Kemp's Ridley sea turtle within the setting of the Sargasso Sea. .
