A vision of the distant, mysterious East as seen from the West... We imagined the atmosphere of Asia as Europeans might envision it when creating this piece. Conversely, it evokes a sense of a place not tied to any specific country, one that those living in Asia (myself included ^^) might recognize. We've crafted a romantic and exotic piece, bringing to life a world that exists nowhere else. This is a brooch filled with an Oriental mood.^^ Upon a delicate, openwork base are flowers resembling dahlias in red, pink, and cream. These flowers, with their abundant, layered petals, might actually be chrysanthemums or peonies. The soft-textured air pearls and Swarovski pearls, reminiscent of red coral, are likened to exotic tree nuts. Three sparkling cubic zirconia are scattered brilliantly at the center of plum blossoms, typical of the East, evoking a longing for faraway lands. For the base, we've individually woven this openwork piece with beads and wire this time. We hope it enhances the unfamiliar and exotic atmosphere. The base is made with two layers. The fishing line used to secure the parts is less visible, resulting in a beautiful finish even when viewed from the back.^^ This design can be worn vertically or horizontally. If worn vertically, positioning the needle tip pointing downwards may offer greater security and peace of mind, reducing the risk of it falling off. To minimize swaying from side to side, we recommend attaching it at a slight angle, following the line of your collar. A silicone brooch stopper is also included. The paper underneath the brooch in the 6th photo is the size of a postcard. ◇ ◇ ◇ As each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in size and shape. This is a delicate creation, so please handle it with care. The parts are attached to the base with fishing line. While they may feel slightly loose, they are securely fastened to prevent detachment, so please use it with confidence. Please avoid using this on fabrics where needle holes might be conspicuous.
