• All items are mostly universal, please leave the note if you have any questions.
• If you're hesitating with sizing, please, send us your information, we will help and consult you.
• For complex custom request, we will charge an extra 50% of the item cost.

• We can create a custom order for you, it will require an extra fee depending on complexity.
• Return and Exchange Policy Not applied to Personalized orders.
Returns, Refunds and Exchange
We will accept return items if they meet the following guidelines:
•Contact me within 5 days and Return items within 21 days
•Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
•Returns must be sent back to our address in Ukraine
•Refund is issued within 72 hours if all required conditions are applied

Exchanges
•If the new item is a different product (including a different color), there might be a price difference to exchange.
Care guide:
•With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Cotton/ Linen washing option. Best to hand-wash with cold water.
•Iron/steam on the wrong side (the inside), only with Cotton/Linen washing option. Hang flat to dry - Please do not dry with Dryer.
