If a stick is bent, it might get stuck in the hole. Please refer to the usage instructions for troubleshooting. ● For holes of Ø3/2.5/2MM, or if the incense stick diameter is too large, you can insert a toothpick, a thin wooden stick, or a bamboo skewer into the hole to ensure proper usage. ● As incense sticks are handmade, their verticality can vary, leading to bending which may cause them to get stuck in the hole. You can rinse or soak the hole with clean water to dissolve ash and remove the stick.
