We will provide a mock-up for your final confirmation.** **Product Description** Mug Care Instructions: ● Made in Taiwan, with a capacity of 320CC. Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these normal occurrences. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections such as impurities or small indentations are normal during the firing process. ● Coasters may have minor scratches or dust on the surface. The quality of blank coasters can vary by approximately 10% per batch. The ink absorption level in the coaster's pores may differ, especially with pink or dark background designs, which can result in uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. The above conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes with a paper box. The anti-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the final product is the standard. This is a customized product. Production time is calculated from the day after payment is completed and requires 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will only begin after payment is completed. Once production starts, modifications and returns/exchanges are not possible.
