Mug dimensions are 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding the handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and slight imperfections on the curved edges, such as bubbles, are unavoidable during the ceramic firing process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these reasons. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (like scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like specks or small indentations that occur during firing are normal. ● Coaster surfaces may have minor scratches or dust. The quality of the raw ceramic blanks can vary by approximately 10% between batches. The ink absorption in the porous ceramic varies, which may result in uneven color distribution, greyish spots, or cloudy patterns, especially with pink or dark background prints. These conditions are considered normal and not defects. Perfectionists should consider this before ordering. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are digital mock-ups for reference only. The actual color and scale of the finished product may vary slightly. The final product will be the standard. This is a custom-ordered product. Production begins the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
