May: Joint exhibition of jade and Luoxi stone carvings at the "Flower and Tree Carnival" in Changhua County.
October-December: Invited by the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Cultural Foundation and Hualien County Cultural Affairs Bureau for the "Grand View of Stones" exhibition, held in Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department stores across northern, central, and southern Taiwan.
2003 Invited by the National Taiwan Craft Research Institute to exhibit works such as "Lotus Ecological Charm" at the Presidential Office's "Taitung Local Crafts Exhibition."
2004 March-June: Featured in the National Education Radio program "Arts and Culture Corridor—Hsieh Chung-Jen Jade Stone Carving Exhibition."
Selected for the "Dream of Craftsmanship" award at the 12th Taiwan Craft Design Competition.
October-January 2005: Solo exhibition at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.
2005 Invited by the National Taiwan Museum to exhibit his work "Taiwanese Snacks - Braised Pork Rice."
June-September: Participated in the "Sherlock Holmes Exhibition" with the National Museum of the Czech Republic.
Established the "Yu Ning Shi" brand and opened counters in department stores.
Mid-December: Exhibited at the Pacific Sogo Department Store's "Craftsmanship Masters" exhibition.
2007 Invited to participate in the "Craftsmanship Zero Distance - Applied Crafts for Daily Life" exhibition at the Executive Yuan Gallery, hosted by the National Taiwan Craft Research Institute.
2008 His work "Japanese-style Sushi" was selected for the "Taiwan Craft Competition" by the National Taiwan Craft Research Institute.
2012 Received an honorable mention in the Traditional Craft category at the Ministry of Culture and National Taiwan Craft Research Institute's Research and Development Center's "Taiwan Craft Competition" for his work "Half Thought." Received an honorable mention in the Craft category at the 21st Tainan City "Nan-ying Award" for his work "Tranquil Mountain and Water."
2013 Exhibited at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall's "Cross-Strait Jade Carving Exchange Gathering," invited to display in the Taiwanese Jade Master Zone.
2016 Invited by the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center to exhibit at the Presidential Office Gallery as part of the "Gathering Around the Fire - Sustainable Craft Exhibition," showcasing three works: "Japanese-style Sushi," "Handmade Small Mochi," and "Leaping Moment."
2017 His work "Lingering Lotus in Spring" received an honorable mention at the Taoyuan City Taoyuan Art Exhibition.
2018 Held his solo exhibition "Hsieh Chung-Jen Jade Carving 30 Years - The Continuation of Culture" at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall.
2019 January-June: Invited by the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center to exhibit his work "Auspicious Dragon Presenting Auspiciousness" at the Presidential Office Gallery's "Feast · Happiness" exhibition.
2020 Participated in the "Joyful Heart, Shining Art - Taiwan Craft Development Association Boutique Exhibition," held at the Hsinchu County Cultural Affairs Bureau (July 29 - August 16) and the Taipei Contemporary Craft Design Branch of the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center (October 6, 2020 - February 28, 2021).
2021 October-November: Exhibited his work "Japanese-style Sushi" at the "Creative Regeneration Green Craft" exhibition hosted by the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center.
His work "Handmade Small Mochi" was selected for the 2021 Taiwan Craft Competition and toured at the Taipei Contemporary Craft Design Branch of the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Center, as well as Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi Store, Xinyi Store, Tainan Ximen Store, and Taichung Store.
