1. All ceramic plates must be fired in a kiln and can only be retrieved after 3 weeks. The pickup time will be announced in the social media post and will not be notified individually.
**If it is inconvenient to pick it up at the studio, you can communicate on site and send it by mail instead.**
**"Reminder: 1. The shipping fee is borne by yourself. 2. The work is ceramic, so it is not recommended to be sent by post. If it is sent by post, the studio will not be responsible for any damage during the home delivery process (although we pack it carefully)**
2. Target group: Children aged 7 and above, children must be accompanied by their parents (the second person will be charged a fee of NT$300 on site. If there is one adult and one child, please make a note in the remarks column)
Reminder: Two adults are not allowed to work together on a piece of work!
3. The studio will share the on-site shooting footage with the fan group from time to time. If you do not wish to share, please let us know.
4. Please do not take photos, record audio or video during the teacher’s class.
5. Weather: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or change the content of the experience.
6. Once tickets for this event are sold, no refunds will be given. If you are unable to attend the event, please transfer your ticket to another participant or change the ticket to another time period within one month of the original time period. If you change your reservation within 48 hours before your experience, a $500 handling fee will be charged. Those who are late for the experience time for more than half an hour will be deemed to have waived the right to attend the class.
