・Capacity: 2-8 people per session (Minimum participants to commence: 2)

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue for check-in at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not completed with payment are considered unsuccessful registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. If you do not specify a new session, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been finalized, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special circumstances requiring parent-child participation, which can be inquired about by calling the venue in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event recaps or future recruitment campaigns.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
