・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has been confirmed before registering.
・After placing your order and completing the checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be sent. Please arrive at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be issued.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once capacity is reached. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
. Based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days prior to the class start date, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days prior to the class start date, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day prior to the class start date, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
. Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months, provided you proactively inform us of your chosen date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
. On the day of the class, as materials and seating arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
. To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying guests who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to join, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is required. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting classroom. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
