After placing your order, please message the design studio. The artist will discuss the details of your artwork with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos and discuss the desired size and background for your painting. We recommend a canvas size of 27x22 cm, though other sizes are available with adjusted pricing. For a focus on your pet, a solid color background is preferred. You're also welcome to message the artist beforehand to discuss your needs before placing an order! 2. Once confirmed, the painting process will begin. Completion time varies depending on the artwork's complexity and size, so please be patient. 3. After the artwork is completed, the artist will send photos for your review and discuss any necessary revisions. Significant changes may incur additional fees. 4. Once revisions are made, the artist will sign the corner. Shipping will follow, but please note that due to the nature of oil paints, drying time is required. Packaging and shipping will occur approximately one to two weeks after completion. Please note the following when ordering: ***To accurately capture your pet's fur color, please ensure the provided photos match your pet's actual fur color. You may also provide multiple photos for the artist's reference. ***Each pet's characteristics are unique and require careful attention during the painting process.
