You should be able to cut out parts on a CNC metal cutting machine. Also, you should be able to bend the parts on a CNC bending machine. Another project that I’m doing myself. This is a bike hanger (not suitable for electric scooters). To connect the parts, it is necessary to use two blind rivets Ø4.2x12mm. Dowels (3 pcs.) must be used for wall mounting. The diameter for dowels in the bracket is 5.2mm. Also, in order to prevent the wheel from scratching on the hanger, it is necessary to use heat shrink tubing (the thicker the better). Project composition: 1. dxf – 2pcs; 2. Drawings – 5 pages; 3. Nest (dxf) for 3mm. The files you download are not intended for distribution, they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings in any quantities. 3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee.
