● Upon check-in at the event, identification will be verified. Individuals without ID, found to be impersonating someone else, or not single will be deemed to have forfeited their participation and will not receive a refund. (Verified through real-name screening)
● Prior to the event, male participants' work IDs or proof of employment will be checked to confirm eligibility. (Verified through real-name screening)
● Participants may use nicknames during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation)
● You can specify individuals you wish to avoid meeting (e.g., colleagues) in the remarks section during registration, and we will help prevent them from being in the same event.
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.
Other Important Information
I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the day of the event, and no refunds will be issued.
▼ If you withdraw from the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be provided.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Other Event Changes:
▼ Changes to the date or other events can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). Changes are limited to one instance.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or event, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
▼ Once a date or event has been changed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
▼ Changes to the date or other events are not accepted within 3 days before the event until the day of the event.
III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. Winners of lotteries will be notified separately. If a three-part invoice is required, please note this in the remarks section during registration.
