■ Course Content ■
The total course duration, including breaks, will be adjusted based on the progress on-site. If participants cannot complete their work within the allocated time, our instructors will assist them.
■ Basic Course Flow ■
1. Introduction to yarn and tufting cloth
2. Basic tufting gun instruction and demonstration
3. Sketching and transferring your design
4. Practice and actual work operation
5. Work trimming and finishing
6. Completion of the piece
※ You can choose from our provided patterns to create a small rug in the workshop, or you can draw your own design directly onto the cloth. Our instructors will guide you through the process!
For designs that require more detail and clarity, we recommend selecting the 40x40cm size option available in a separate course listing on our homepage.
This ensures that the details and crispness of your design are fully realized.

■ Design Draft ■
Please send your desired design to the OFFLINE Lab. "LINE@ Official Account" at least 2 days before your class date. This allows us to evaluate how the design will translate onto your piece.
⏱️ Overtime Fee: $250 per 30 minutes. If the work is still incomplete, you may entrust the instructor to finish it for an additional fee of $500, or take the unfinished piece home.

📷 During workshop experiences, we may take photos and videos and share them online for participants and interested individuals. If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be publicly shared, please inform us at the workshop, and we will avoid capturing you.

■ Cancellation Policy ■
1. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters or typhoons, you may reschedule your booking once within one month. Please contact us at least 12 hours before the class starts to arrange the rescheduling. Once a new date is confirmed, if you are unable to attend for reasons other than a typhoon, or if you wish to cancel or reschedule again due to personal reasons, the deposit cannot be refunded or rescheduled again. Failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe will be considered forfeiture of the deposit, and the deposit will not be refunded without further notice.
2. Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., bad weather, last-minute emergencies, car breakdowns, traffic accidents, feeling unwell, etc.) are not eligible for rescheduling. If you wish to change your date, you will need to rebook.
3. If the class cannot proceed as scheduled due to weather or other force majeure factors (as announced 6 hours prior to class start time regarding suspension of work/classes), OFFLINE Lab. will assist with a refund.
4. In the event of power outages, earthquakes, or similar situations that interrupt the experience, no refunds will be provided. However, we will arrange another time for you to complete the experience.
