If you would like to order new item, this is same as customized products, which requires 20–30 working days with holidays excluded. This product is handmade, and so slight variations in size (about 0.5-1 cm) are to be expected. This product is handmade, and so may not look exactly the same as the photo. We provide basic anti-collision package for the product. We do not accept returns/exchanges for customized products. I will send photos of products before shipping, as the last confirmation with my guests, and I will not deliver any item with cracks, damage of glazes, or failed colors.
