● Washing methods and suggestions
Hand wash cold gentle cycle/ dry clean.
Do not soak for a long time or rub hard.
It is recommended to wash light-colored clothes and dark-colored clothes separately.
Please use neutral laundry detergent for hand washing, and do not use strong alkaline items such as washing powder and soap.
The detergent must be completely diluted into water before putting in the clothes. Pouring detergent directly on the clothes may cause color spots or regional fading.
Hang the clothes to dry on the reverse side, and avoid direct sunlight to avoid fading.
After washing, it can be maintained by steam ironing at appropriate temperature.

● About precautions
The color of the clothes during shooting may be affected by sunlight, lighting, etc., resulting in certain color differences between the picture and the actual object. The color of the clothes shall prevail according to the picture details and the actual object.
The size of the clothes is measured manually, and there may be size errors depending on the production batches. An error within 2 to 3 cm is normal and not a quality issue.

● About Notes
All products in the design studio are independently designed, including selecting fabrics, accessories, visiting processing factories, etc., all of which are done personally. The fabrics used are mainly natural and environmentally friendly fabrics.
We will re-check the packaging of the clothes before shipping. If you have any questions about the clothes, you can contact us~

● About delivery time
If the clothes are in stock, we will help you ship them within 2 to 4 days.
Because our clothes are made in small batches, sometimes the current batch of clothes is sold out while the next batch is still being made in the factory. In this case, we will complete the production in the factory and then help you ship it after it passes our quality inspection. The waiting time for shipment is approximately 5 to 20 days. If you have any questions about the delivery time after placing an order, you can contact us for confirmation at any time.

● About transportation
Under normal circumstances, you can receive the product in about 7 to 12 days after shipment, except for the peak period of international transportation, during which the delivery time may be longer.
All mailing products will be transported to the airport first, and then sent by air to the mailing destination. After customs clearance, they will be transferred to local transportation companies for door-to-door delivery.
Friends in Taiwan can also choose "SF Express" for mailing, which will be faster (about 3 to 4 days), but the shipping fee will be relatively more expensive and you will need to pay the difference in shipping fees.
If Taiwanese friends need to change the SF Express shipping method later, they can just take a copy of the following additional shipping link based on the previous airmail.
